Colette Linton-Meyer

COLETTE LINTON-MEYER trained at the Royal Academy of Dance in London, England where she received her accreditation LRAD & ARAD. Colette has been teaching in New York for over twenty years, training dancers of all ages. She taught at Coupe Theatre Studio on her arrival to the US. Founder of Cobble Hill Ballet, Colette is thrilled to bring her knowledge and experience to the community. She has loved seeing the students grow as dancers over their years at Cobble Hill Ballet. Many students have been training at CHBallet for 10 plus years now and it is a great joy to see them blossom.


PAM BEYER  began her dance training as a child at Coupé Dance Studio - one of her teachers being Colette Linton-Meyer! During her years at Coupé, she also studied at several summer intensive programs including; Pennsylvania Ballet, Houston Ballet, Miami City Ballet, and Dance New York International in Spain. She studied at the Dance Conservatory of SUNY Purchase College, where she graduated with a BFA in Dance. Pam is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary       through Level 3. Pam loves sharing the joy that comes from ballet with the children of Cobble Hill Ballet.

HAYLEY APPELMAN, a Vermont native, graduated from SUNY Purchase College with a BFA from the Conservatory of Dance. She has performed around the world in Spain, China, Australia, San Fransisco and Vermont performing works by Mats Ek, Jose Limon, Nacho Duato and George Balanchine and most recently A Chorus Line. Hayley has guest taught for The Rock School for Dance Education in Philadelphia, as well as ballet schools in California, Vermont and Massachusetts.  She is the co-founder/director of Appleburne Workshops, a children's theater and movement workshop that harnesses kids imagination through storytelling and dance. She is thrilled to be sharing her passion for such a beautiful art form with so many young Brooklyn dancers.

NICOLE RESTANI is a Florida native, she began her pre-professional training at Dillard Center for the Arts Magnet High School and continued her studies at SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance where she completed her BFA. She has had the pleasure of dancing with The Shadow Box Theater and IsadoraNow throughout the NYC boroughs, Dance Now! in Miami, Jubilee Dance Theater throughout Spain, and with Stephan Koplowitz in Spoleto, Italy. She is a current member of Michael Mao Dance and Dušan Týnek Dance Theatre. Nicole helped develop an outreach program for middle school ages and is thrilled to bring dance to public schools in Brooklyn. Dance being her utmost passion, she is thrilled to share it with the young movers in Cobble Hill!

CHARLOTTE REARDON was born in England, and started her dance training at a ballet boarding school, Hurst Lodge. From there, Charlotte was accepted to Laine Theatre Arts, on a 3yr Diploma in professional dance and musical theatre. Charlotte studied an FDI teaching qualification in RAD Classical ballet and ISTD Modern, and performed in London. After graduating Charlotte took up a 9-month contract with Disney Land, in Paris.  From Paris, Charlotte came to New York to train with Alvin Ailey. Charlotte was then invited to stay in the US to train and perform with the Merce Cunningham Company and later transferred to 'Ballet Arts at City Centre' Charlotte is delighted to share her passion for Dance with the children at CHBallet.

LARISSA ASEBEDO is originally from the Denver area where she began training in classical ballet. She moved to the New York area to attend the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College where she had the privilege of studying abroad in Perth, Australia during her third year. As she completed her B.F.A. she worked with Kyle Abraham, The Merce Cunningham Trust, Xan Burley, and John Heginbotham. Currently, Larissa performs and shows work as a freelance dance artist. She teaches Pilates classes at Sal Anthony’s Movement Salon and is a Dance Education Laboratory alumni where she studied at the 92 Street Y’s Harkness Dance Center. Larissa is very happy to be joining the staff at Cobble Hill Ballet to further share her encompassing love for dance.

CHARLOTTE BARNETT studied dance at the School of American Ballet. She danced professionally with The Washington Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Pennsylvania Ballet. She graduated in 2017 from Columbia University with a degree in film. Charlotte is enjoying sharing her passion for dance with the student at Cobble Hill Ballet.

AVA GOLNER began her classical dance training at the Milwaukee Ballet School and Academy at age 10 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She furthered her ballet training during summer intensive programs at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Point Park University, and Milwaukee Ballet School. Ava went on to pursue her BA in ballet at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While in the program she performed with Lake Erie Ballet and competed in the New York Finals of the Youth American Grand Prix. After graduation, Ava returned to Milwaukee to teach in various schools in the area including where she had received her training, MBSA. Along with teaching, Ava also had the privilege of dancing with Danceworks Performance Company and Catey Ott Dance Collective. Now after recently moving to New York, she is thrilled to be joining the Cobble Hill Ballet faculty and sharing her love for the art form.

TORI PENCE growing up, Tori trained intensively in ballet at the Kingwood Dance Theatre, where she was honored to perform at Sadler’s Wells Theatre in London. Before graduating, she was selected to attend a summer intensive at Jacob’s Pillow in Massachusetts where she trained with some of the most renowned names in the dance world. Some of her professional theatrical credits include: Radio City Rockettes, Spamalot – choreographed by Casey Nicholaw (Book of Mormon) and Fly – choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton, Cats, In the Heights), Snow Queen in Memorial Ballet Theatre’s Nutcracker, Style Pointe at Dixon Place, Betty’s Summer Vacation at Gene Frankel Theatre. Most recently she choreographed a new play, Hetaira the Myth that was chosen to perform at the Edinburgh Festival. Tori has over ten years of teaching experience in NYC and abroad, in her class she focuses on the fundamentals of classical ballet training, while encouraging individual expression and the joy of dance.

MICHAELA RAE MANN is originally from Lakewood, New Jersey, where she began her dance training. Ms. Mann continued her studies for several years at the School of American Ballet in their advanced divisions. Within those years she spent summers training at San Francisco Ballet School, Miami City Ballet, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, The Rock School, among others along the East Coast. Following graduation from SAB, she trained at Miami City Ballet School where she toured with Miami City Ballet performing Balanchine works. Since, she has found joy performing and teaching pre-professional ballet classes and exploring contemporary work. These passions lead her to continue her studies through completion of her Bachelors of Arts degree in Dance at Georgian Court University in NJ, and her Masters of Fine Arts degree in Dance at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She has since danced with Satellite Collective at BAM, ABP under Ashley Bouder, toured with Twyla Tharp for her 50th anniversary tour, and has completed a Lab for the recent revival of Carousel, on Broadway. Ms. Mann has been a professor at Stockton University and is currently a professor at Georgian Court University in NJ.

JASMINE GOBOURNE is a New York native. Upon graduating Long Island High School for the Arts, Jasmine knew she wanted to pursue dance as a career and attended Marymount Manhattan College as a BFA Dance Major and later, studied at The Ailey School, graduating from their Certificate program. While at The Ailey School, she was fortunate to work with several choreographers and was selected amongst other fellow Ailey students to perform in Memoria at New York City Center in 2015 with the first company. She has spent summers at The Ailey School, Joffrey Ballet, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and The Martha Graham School. Professionally, Jasmine has danced with nathantrice/RITUALS dance theater, Forces of Nature Dance Theater, Vissi Dance Theater, and ARIM Dance. She recently made her Theatre debut at the John W. Engeman Theater in their production of Aida. Jasmine continues to dance professionally and thoroughly enjoys sharing her love of dance with her students!

NIKKI D’ARNAULT is originally from Miami, Florida where she began her dance training at South Florida Ballet. She spent her high school years training at New World School of the Arts, where she performed works by George Balanchine and Martha Graham, among others. To further her dance training she moved to New York and attended the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase. Here she performed works by Alonzo King, Taryn Kaschock Russell, Norbert de la Cruz III, and Kevin Wynn among many others. Nikki has also spent summers training with Alonzo King Lines Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Houston Ballet, Ballet X, Ballet BC, Ballet Hispanico, The Rock School, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. Currently, she is a freelance dancer performing at various venues in New York City. Nikki is very excited to be able to share her passion for dance with her community.

ANDREAS HÄBERLIN is a music director and composer from Switzerland. His career has lead him to study and work in the UK, Spain, Australia, and the US. Before joining Cobble Hill Ballet, he served as staff pianist at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. His music directing credits include teaching with Queens Theatre in the Park, Long Lake Camp For The Arts (Seussical, Pippin, The Wiz), and the original NYC-based musical Ciao Bambino. Andreas has been fortunate enough to serve as a music copyist for albums of Michael Bublé (LOVE) and Barbra Streisand (Walls). He holds an M.M. in Scoring for Film, TV and Video Games from Berklee College of Music, a B.M. from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, and a B.M. from Zurich University of the Arts. He's also a graduate of Carnegie Hall's Music Educators Workshop. Andreas is thrilled to be a part of Cobble Hill Ballet, supporting and inspiring young talent.
